"Feels well built."

This causes the chuck to loosen up over time. This is my second Werktough D023-20V. I have to say I absolutely love this product! And I very seldom put this baby in the case. Werktough really dropped the ball here.

"Perfect price."

This is my second Werktough D023-20V. Got really hot but did the job. It's well made and pretty powerful. This thing has some solid weight to it. Great Power Drill, great support and service.
