"I almost broke my wrist."

The drill is just not made the same as the picture. I’ve owned mine for close to 9 months. The light and the belt hook are great features. Great Power Drill for a great price. The drill feels solid and strong.

"It is not large or heavy."

No issues with any of the batteries that I have. One, my Skil are on the heavy side. You have to go slow and feel it. I don't need to buy any other parts. I don't even use my regular screw driver anymore.
