"I like the Shop Fox sander alot."

The second problem is the belt tracking adjustment. It has a good solid feel and the weight keeps it running smooth. Also the belt can be adjusted to hang off on both sides. I am very pleased with the performance of this sander. There is one on each side and they do a lot to reduce noise.

Shop Fox W1712 Final Thoughts

"Works as expected."

Removed milk paint from filling of an old door. One interesting observation is the disc spins clockwise. I had another model before this and there was no comparison. For some, this cannot work and must be pointed out. The tables are nice and large being made from cast iron.
