"Very little speed control otherwise."

The ease of changing belts can not be over-stated. These things are getting more difficult to find. I've profiled 10+ knifes nonstop and never had any issues. I am extremely pleased with this product. After some research, I decided to give it a try.

"I am amazed at how often I use it."

Roller is not metal but rubber so the belts will last longer. My only issue is there are no holes for mounting - that's 4stars. Got this for a family member and he really likes it. The belts are easy to change and available on line. After some research, I decided to give it a try.
