I had to slide it over aprox 1/32 of an inch. This saw is heavy and having a helper or two is nice. This is my dream saw for my two car garage shop. The major problem I had was assembling the saw on the stand. I absolutely love the rip fence.

The fact is that the DEWALT DW745 was the Cross Cut Table Saws that we ranked the highest. That being said, there were several other very premium Cross Cut Table Saws we wanted to showcase here that just barely missed first place.
