The quality was apparent from the first bolt. Includes stamped steel wings for sides--prefer cast iron. This is my second Shop Fox table saw and I'm a happy customer. The major problem I had was assembling the saw on the stand. That is supposed to further cut down on vibration.

It was really nice as well and hard to say which is better. The blade never really bogs down. Miter gauge has definitely been updated. It does not have a dust problem. On the doorstep, out of the box and setup, maybe 30 minutes.

The power and torque this thing has is almost scary. That's when I realized that I needed a better saw. The rip fence is very accurate and has a rack gear operation. Light weight, durable and mobile. Once finished, it is an awesome saw.

You get what you pay for, and this saw is worth every penny! This saw is heavy and having a helper or two is nice. The entire package was bound to a wooden palette. I can see why this make is considered the Cadillac of saws. Easy assembly and little to no adjustments necessary.

It rips completely effortlessly, dados like butter. Granted I had a Grizzly 744 before so not a fair comparison. Ok, now for a slightly more in depth review. Had it more than a year still going strong and cuts great. The saw arrived on the scheduled delivery date as promised.

The Powermatic Table saws are top of the line. The fence is good but not great as others have noted. This is my second Powermatic table saw and I'm a happy customer. It's well balanced when you pick it up. It pretty much laughed at anything I threw at it.

There's hardly any plastic anywhere. The fence is good but not great as others have noted. All that being said that fixed it and it works fine. One thing, it's so easy to just pick up. On the doorstep, out of the box and setup, maybe 30 minutes.

Accurate right out of the box with a great fit and finish. But overall I'm really pleased with this saw. For the money this is an outstanding value. So I always measure out and chalk anyway. Oak, maple, even had to cut some soaking wet Ponderosa pine.
