You will have to help it along a little with your other hand while you turn the knob. I bought this to take to work as the one there is available to any. If I blow it it's impossible to remove just one room and have it perfect. I'm building the historic wooden ship model. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice addition to their shop.

It will sand right down into the corners. I'm female with small hands and it's easy to grasp and hold. The flush/finish base is very good as well. As a note, this was the first time I'd used this kind of sander. The hose does not perfectly fit, but that doesn't matter.
