Heavy use, this does not sit on a shelf. I use it with Mophorn belts to polish tubing and so far it's been solid. Belt slips a bit when applying too much pressure too quickly. Lightning fast belt changes out in 2 or 3 seconds, no tools needed. I was a little Leary of purchasing this unit but for the price I thought I'd give it a try.
