Overall this is a really nice sander that takes very little space on the workbench. Does a great job, heavy with lots of get up and go, a very nice product. This tool is quiet, and devoured every thing I threw at it. This sander has more than enough power for any material from soft wood to hard steel. This is my first Delta product and for sure I'll be buying more.

On my unit one of the feet is bent upwards a little. I'd highly recommend this unit. It's a nice addition to my wood shop. Great customer service from Delta. Had to go out and purchase a 30 MM and a 1 1/4 wrench.

I straightened the guard and taped cracked box. No, I don't use this daily or for commercial/industrial applications. I was surprised it held up as long as it did for the price. One out of five startups tripped the 20 amp breaker. When I upgraded to a better t/s I used my 1st/old one as a disk sander.
