My guess is they never bother to read reviews. My only issue is there are no holes for mounting - that's 4stars. I saw a few negative reviews but, it works fine. I am extremely pleased with this product. Cord length is good, and it came with a second filing strip.

I switched the clamp-style pad to a 3M Hookit pad and it fit perfectly. 5 CFM compressor with a 20 gallon receiver tank. This will also run as low as ~40 PSI, which I do sometimes. I just flipped open the lid and it fell out. Maybe a bit on the heavy side but I was using it overhead.
