It held up and kept up with the Bosch. Granted, if you need the full power, it will consume air. I hope the pad on this one lasts as long. Works great and very portable and handy for little areas. 4 stars because it doesn't hook to my shop vac.

The truth is that the WEN 6502T was the 6 Inch Disc Sanders that we graded the highest. That doesn't mean there aren't a few other really great selections when it comes to 6 Inch Disc Sanders. We have a breakdown of them here.

It would be nice if the pads were commonly available. At the top end, it has a rich, powerful voice. It does have a slight orbital notion to it. Wonder if I could buff the mailbox with it. I have to reset the hose every few minutes.

The larger buffers are good for boats and trucks. The price is right and the tool works great. If dust bothers you, wear a filter mask. I really don't know why it sands so poorly. I did make some low spots on the table with that sander.

It held up and kept up with the Ingersoll-Rand. This feels and runs like a precision tool. Works as it should Works will in my shop. As for its sanding capability, it sands quite fast. I would say they have paid for themselves many times over.

Tonight the Idler Roller started making noise. One interesting observation is the disc spins clockwise. But the sander is cheap, so I didn't expect much. I had this item shipped directly to my shop from the distributor. The tables are nice and large being made from cast iron.

I just wore out my second Goplus sander and bought a third. It is a pleasure to use, and does a great job. The rpm range runs from 5,000-10,000 rpm. 5 years but we literally run this thing into the ground. Prior to this, I was doing the polishing by hand.

It would be nice if the pads were commonly available. I may just not be emptying it soon enough. No need to pay double for the exact same performance. When I returned, the sander had gone to tool heaven. 220 grit for final sanding is still a bit aggressive.
