I sanded a 14 inch wide board and the results were amazing. Overall though the sander is a great machine for the price. It took maybe 15-20 minutes to have the sander up and running. 5 hp Jet dust collector. The 4 inch ones roll much better.

No tearing panels off to access a hidden part. Time will tell if it will stand up to everyday use. It took maybe 15-20 minutes to have the sander up and running. But light cuts worked fine, no problems. These are just my experiences, nothing more.
