I'm comparing it to a Jet Sander of the same size that I owned a few years ago. The motor is a monster and gets this thing to speed in no time. Really nice quality and super quiet operation.

The rest is heavy cast iron and a very solid piece of equipment. I bought this to take to work as the one there is available to any. Needed to tighten a few screws, bolts, that should have been done at the factory. Quick delivery and works great Excellent disc sander, plenty of power. The table is a little stiff when your trying to adjust it up and down.

If I blow it it's impossible to remove just one room and have it perfect. This sander has more than enough power for any material from soft wood to hard steel.
