It is very maneuverable and the dust catcher works great also. The brushes are replaceable in the event that they wear out. All the others died completely after about a floor and a half. I will have no problem buying from this seller again! Pair with the new 9ah batteries it's well worth the money.

I highly recommend for home Makita for occasional use. About a half hour of effort after identifying the problem. When I used the Makita belts I had not problems with shredding. Also take a short break every 15 minutes to let belt cool off. Lots of good sandpaper later and I'm thrilled with the result.
