Can't say enough good things about this product. The Metal Man does not have dual gas inputs. Use 7014 rod for the best results and keep the current down. I'm running an Metal Man 160 on about 45 amps and these rods run great. Received the Metal Man AB8100SC today and it is mostly what I expected.

The fact is that the Metal Man UWC2 Arc Welder B007MX9ILK was the Metal Man Arc Welders that we graded at the top. Even so, there were a range of other really high quality Metal Man Arc Welders worth showcasing here that barely missed first place.

Both Metal Man and Metal Man are regarded as a couple of the best producers of quality Arc Welders. both of these distinct options enjoy exceptional user ratings also. The FWTD received a score of 3.3/5 when compared to 4.2/5 star rating received by the Metal Man CCSM.

The FWTD by Metal Man has several features you wont find on other similar Arc Welders. One example is 36 x 20 work surface. The CCSM by Metal Man however, is very competitive offering Easy to assemble plus Holds Up To 7" oxygen and 8" acetylene cylinders.

I was using these, and the 1/8th rods, in a 240 welder. It has a plastic cover to protect the display from splatter and dirt. The portability is outstanding. Everything says the magnetic strength is 150lbs, I think we can all agree on that. Very easy to find proper welding temp.

Not so convenient if you are welding up a table or frame. I purchased a new TIG welder and wanted a portable table. It's nice gauge steel, and the wheels and casters are decent quality. I purchased a new TIG welder and wanted a portable table. The top handle is by far easier to use and less cumbersome.
