"Its just a joy to use."

A decent hold but not enough for intended use. This thing is totally AWESOME! As a hobby welder, this was perfect for me. There are some cheaper welders out there that have digital amperage adjustment. The amperage markings go by every twenty amps.

"He was showing off!"

As a hobby welder, this was perfect for me. I'm running an AMICO POWER 160 on about 45 amps and these rods run great. I'm running on a 15 amp circuit with 50 ft extension cord and have had no problems. I will give 5 stars on the AMICO POWER . I had to weld a 2" pipe to a steel plate and this help keep the pipe in place.
