Hard 1st start, but great after that. This little guy was exactly what I needed. This is not a replacement for a chainsaw. This is our fourth Zombi Power Tools. I have their line trimmer and pole saw.

"Fewer parts to break."

A simple procedure covered in the manual. Never got tired pulling that dang starter cord! Say goodbye to gas and exhaust fumes! It does not include it, and don't expect it to. It starts after a pull or two every time.
